Algemene voorwaarden

Intern klachtreglement
Art. 1 Dit intern klachtreglement is van toepassing op de werkwijze van en bejegening door medewerkers van De Waard Bemiddeling en Bewindvoering.
Art. 2 Klachten worden in eerste instantie mondeling geuit, waarna in een gesprek met degene tegen wie de klacht is geuit, getracht moet worden, tot overeenstemming te komen.
Art. 3 Als er geen mondelinge overeenstemming wordt bereikt, wijst het kantoor de klager onmiddellijk op het intern- en extern klachtenreglement en voorziet het kantoor de klager van een afschrift van deze reglementen.
Art. 4 De klager dient de klacht op schrift in. Het kantoor reageert schriftelijk binnen twee weken op de klacht.
Art. 5 Hierna organiseert het kantoor binnen drie weken een bijeenkomst waarin de klacht en het verweer nader gemotiveerd worden. Van deze bijeenkomst wordt er door het kantoor een verslag opgemaakt, waarin de uitkomst wordt vastgelegd.
Art. 5a Indien de klacht naar tevredenheid is opgelost, tekenen beide partijen het verslag van de bijeenkomst waarin tenminste vermeld is:
1. De naam van de klager;
2. De klacht en de oplossing;
3. De datum van het uiten van de mondelinge en de schriftelijke klacht;
4. De datum van de bijeenkomst waarin de klacht behandeld is;
5. Overige van belang zijnde bijzonderheden.
Art. 5b Indien de klacht niet is opgelost wordt er eveneens een verslag opgemaakt door het kantoor. Hierin is minimaal vermeld:
1. De naam van de klager;
2. De klacht en de aangedragen mogelijke oplossingen;
3. De reden waarom er geen consensus is bereikt;
4. De datum van het uiten van de mondelinge en de schriftelijke klacht;
5. De datum van de bijeenkomst waarin de klacht behandeld is;
6. Overige van belang zijnde bijzonderheden.
Art. 5c Indien de klacht niet naar tevredenheid is opgelost, staat de weg open naar de Klachtencommissie van de bewindvoerdersvereniging NBPB.
Art. 5d De cliënt mag zich middels een schriftelijke machtiging door een meerderjarige laten vertegenwoordigen, dan wel bij laten staan.
Art. 6 Indien er na het volgen van de interne klachtenprocedure geen consensus is bereikt, kan de klager zich wenden tot de klachtencommissie van de bewindvoerdersvereniging NBPB.
